Works on the building South Boulevard 25 in the final phase

The works on the construction of the building South Boulevard 25 are in the final phase and this facility is preparing to welcome its tenants.

The works on the facade have been completely completed. The installation of the car lift is in progress, and the passenger lift has already been installed. The access to the building itself is being arranged, as well as the entrance. Handrails are being placed on the staircase inside the building, and the hallway was previously lined with stone.

As for the few apartments that are still available, the installation works have been completed, complete carpentry has been installed, it remains for their customers to choose the sanitary ware, ceramics and type of floor (ceramics or parquet suitable for underfloor heating).
